Her clinical expertise spans diverse patient needs, having worked at the Government Hospital in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, where she managed a wide range of cases, including neurological conditions, orthopaedic disorders, and chronic pain management.

During her internship, Dr Uttirna began providing home-based physiotherapy, allowing her to deliver personalised and effective rehabilitation in the comfort of patients’ homes. This experience strengthened her ability to connect with patients and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
