After several years of accepting external contributions, we have ended our open guest post program.

Effective immediately, Healthy Jeena Sikho does not accept:

Why We Made This Decision

Healthcare content carries weight. A daughter deciding between oxygen concentrators for her father, a family choosing the right hospital bed for post-surgery recovery at home, a sleep apnea patient researching BiPAP therapy — every reader who lands on our pages is making a decision that affects someone's health, comfort, or recovery.

Those readers deserve content written by people who actually understand this space, both clinically and operationally. Open guest posting, by its nature, cannot guarantee that standard.
