Building Healthy Jeena Sikho
The idea for Healthy Jeena Sikho came from five years of personal experience caring for a bedridden family member in Delhi NCR — navigating fragmented suppliers, unreliable delivery, and no post-rental support.
Despite being in the capital city with access to the best healthcare infrastructure in the country, the home caregiving system was broken.
Saket co-founded Healthy Jeena Sikho with Jatinder Verma to fix that. Today the company operates across 10+ cities, maintains a 4.9-star rating across 7,000+ Google reviews, and has become the trusted name for families managing long-term home care for elderly, post-surgical, and chronically ill patients.

Career at Spice Money
Before Healthy Jeena Sikho, Saket spent 25 years at Spice, joining the mobile telephony division in 1998. He went on to found Spice Money — India's largest rural fintech platform — and served as its Global CEO.
Under his leadership, Spice Money built a network of 15 lakh neighbourhood fintech shops serving 1 crore customers every month. Key milestones included obtaining the PPI license from RBI in 2015, deploying the first Aadhaar-enabled payment system (AEPS) in India, and rolling out micro-ATMs across every PIN code in the country. The platform ran on India's first large-scale hybrid cloud infrastructure, built on Nutanix.
Prior to Spice Money, Saket worked across Crompton's EPABX division, enterprise mobility, and retail network development — building the operational foundations that would later inform how he scaled both Spice Money and Healthy Jeena Sikho.
In his own words: "Spice Money was built for a billion — to give Bharat access to products and services they couldn't get, at the place they live and at a price they could afford."
Saket has three Decades of professional & Investment experience giving high RoCE and Value Creation in each of the ventures he has been associated with.
He has either been part of initial teams of businesses or set up multiple business in varied domains, from Telecom, Enterprise Mobility, Retail network, Digital services & Financial Services
During his professional journey, he created an amazing work culture, leading to either long lasting “age-on-network” colleagues OR conversion of individuals to Entrepreneur, and the list is not small, a whopping 30+ CEOs / Founders.
Saket did his Engineering from top Institute of Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani in Electronics. He also did Masters (Honours) in Physics from BITS.
Saket had career spanning Crompton - EPABX division (Electronic Telephone Exchanges), moved to Mobile telephony division of Spice in 1998, where he spent next 25 years in creating multiple business units across 25 countries across the Globe.
The most notable corporate entity Saket founded was Spice Money. In his own words,
Founded an institution for helping Bharat part of country to get access to products and services they couldn't, at the place they live and at a price they could afford. Spice Money is a "Built for Billion product platform".
This involved first large scale deployment of First Hybrid Cloud infrastructure from Nutanix, hosted in India.
Got the PPI license from RBI in 2015 in a tightly regulated Fintech domain against all odds and followed up with first AEPS transaction, leading to installation of micro ATM across country, every Pin-code.
It takes a decade to build such an institution and outcome suddenly is a huge WOW from all across. Happy to have created this institution for serving a Billion.
At heart, Saket is a Philanthropist and keeps looking at problems faced by large human populations and working out solutions for the same.
After quitting the corporate life, Saket ventured into something more fulfilling and meaningful. The famous line people would talk is the 1.4 Billion people in India and host of their needs. One thing which Saket saw from close quarters was the caregiving at home in a organised way, after having seen 5-years of struggle in tending to bedridden mother.
With the best possible access to healthcare in the Capital of country, in NCR, it was fragmented and quite broken infrastructure.
Currently immersed into solving issues around healthcare, key focus areas being preventive philosophy through changes in lifestyle, advisory, education and use of technology to monitor & provide quality solutions at minimal cost.
India has, in the last two decades, fast progressed on affordability and disposable income, with a massive middle class and above population segment, falling into the deadly TRAP of multiple ailments linked to such lifestyle, which is far too Easy at one end and Too stressful at another. Typical explanation being - proverbial living Life on the TREADMILL.
On the personal side, Saket is a movie buff, likes to read books, listen to ghazals and typically likes to spend time with family at home.
